Description

The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in patient care, delivering both direct and indirect care through the nursing process. This includes assessing patients upon admission, creating care plans, and collaborating with physicians. The RN will provide essential assessments, administer medications, maintain communication and documentation, and ensure patient safety while respecting their diverse backgrounds.
