As a Pharmacist, you will provide essential pharmacy services to the community, including reviewing, interpreting, and dispensing medications as prescribed. You will counsel patients on medication use, provide drug information, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Your role includes conducting medication regimen reviews in skilled nursing facilities, monitoring therapeutic treatments, and supporting the healthcare team in ensuring patient safety.
