Description
Pharmacist – Inpatient Pharmacy
Location: Lodi CA
Openings: 2
Start Date: 08/24/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
- Standard: 10-hour night shift, starting around 8:30 PM
- Flexible schedule
- Facility may accept 5×8-hour shifts
- 8-hour schedule: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
- PharmD preferred
- Minimum 1-year technical experience
- Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
- Active Pharmacist license in the state of California
- BLS, ACLS & PALS required
Responsibilities
- Verify and dispense medication orders
- Monitor medication therapies for safety and effectiveness
- Identify drug interactions, allergies, dosing issues, and other medication-safety concerns
- Provide drug information to healthcare teams
- Participate in clinical rounds and medication-management activities
- Perform remote order verification and quality assurance
- Supervise/direct pharmacy support personnel
- Assist with medication procurement and formulary management
- Support regulatory compliance and process improvement
