As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment. You will work closely with patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while obtaining high-quality images for interpretation by physicians. The role involves collaborating with a dynamic healthcare team, operating advanced imaging technology, and adhering to safety protocols. Requirements
  • Fluoroscopy license in state of employment: Required in CA, if employee operates fluoroscopy equipment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
  • Advanced Certification in the modality of CT: Required in OR and HI, Preferred in CA
  • Venipuncture certification: Preferred in CA and OR
  • EMR System: null
  • Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required in CA
  • MinExperienceRequired: null

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
