As a Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health, you will provide compassionate care to patients in their homes. This role involves patient assessments, care planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will manage a caseload of 5-6 patients per day, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care while adhering to the scheduling requirements of Monday through Friday days.
