Join a small, dedicated NICU team where you will care for newborns in a nurturing environment. You will provide essential support for infants, working closely with a skilled team. Expect to manage a variety of patient needs, ensuring safety and comfort. Your role will include working nights on a 3x12 schedule, supporting a unit that values collaboration and quality care.

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
