Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Medical Step-Down unit, you will care for post-procedural and Med/Tele patients. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for monitoring patient progress, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
