Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer & Director of Nursing, the Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the hospital. They coordinate age-appropriate patient care activities in the absence of the CNO or DON, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and supporting the organization's mission and values. The role requires strong clinical proficiency, leadership skills, and the ability to act efficiently in emergencies.
