As a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will provide comprehensive care to neonates during high-risk deliveries and in a Level-2 nursery. You will utilize the nursing process to ensure the safety and quality of care, manage nursing practices, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. This position requires your expertise in critical care and a commitment to the highest standards of patient safety.

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)
Cons
Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
