Description
As a Travel RN Case Manager, you will engage in patient assessments and discharge planning within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work Monday through Friday, ensuring that patients receive optimal care and support throughout their hospital stay. This position offers a supportive team atmosphere, allowing for professional growth and teamwork in a cardiac step-down unit. Experience with Meditech and Midas is preferred.
