Description
As an Occupational Therapist in inpatient rehabilitation, you will work closely with patients to enhance their daily living skills. Your role includes assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
