We are seeking an experienced RN for our Step-Down ICU and ICU units. Candidates must have a strong ICU experience at a Level 1 Trauma Center and must also be willing to float down to Step-Down ICU. The candidate must have current IL License, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, administering medications, and documenting patient care according to standards. Critical thinking and patient safety are emphasized.
