Description

day shift starting around the 22nd of May. 5:45am-2:15pm 40 hrs a week 5 days a week Preferably RN can be LPN if necessary *FACILITY ACCEPTING RELIGIOUS/MEDICAL EXEMPTIONS FOR COVID VACCINATION* 103 licensed - only have 88 - Average census 59 Ratios 2 nurses during the week plus mds, DON and all mgmt 2 nurses for day 2 nurses for afternoon 1 at night Always 1 RN on site - 1 RN on call over the weekend for help. 7 -CNAs will be on during day 4- CNAs will on over night 3 halls split in 2 Units - LTC and Rehab No vents or trachs a few sling lifts - 12-15 hand fed residents and tube feeding possible. Shifts: 8 hr shifts 5:45a-2:15p/1:45pm-10:15pm/9:45pm-6:15am Scrub color: Any color scrubs long sleeves okay under scrubs no hoodies Charting System: American Data ECS experience is a huge plus Typical Residents: LTC and Rehab No vents or trachs a few sling lifts - 12-15 hand fed residents and tube feeding possible Animals in building: DON's Shih Tzu Town Population: 33k Public Transport: Bus and taxi system Orientation: Meet with DON on first day at time of normal shift start. Facility will provide name badge. Nurses get a little more training. need to be there 2 hrs before shift. CNAs would need to be there 15 mins before the first shift Lunch: 30 minutes unpaid Work Week: Sunday-Saturday Overtime available: Yes No smoking on property Housing: Facility recommends Eddy's Motel - "they cater to our travelers" "stay away from motel 6 & 8"

Mae Carol has been a huge bright spot during my on boarding process she takes what looks like a difficult process and makes it appear smooth .. thanks to her hard work and dedication I have always been able to start my contracts on time … her and Akash pannu make a dynamic duo and I’m thankful for them Both .. you can not go wrong with these two that is why I’m a repeat customer !!

Not one Con can I say about Mae .. her pleasant voice and uplifting spirit guide me forward when things appear difficult .. she makes the impossible , possible
