In this role, the RN First Assist will work in the operating room assisting the surgical team with procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities include providing support during surgeries, managing instruments, and collaborating with surgeons and nurses to deliver high-quality care. Travel experience required
PALS Certification
ACLS Certification
CA RN License
CRNFA Certification

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
