Description
***The only start date available is November 16th. LPN will work primarily on the Medical Surgical/Observation units and will also float occasionally between various Med-Surg units as needed. 36 hours/week. Night shift (7p - 7:30a) with every third weekend required. There is no call requirement. Current Epic EMR proficiency is required, so please ensure that this is documented in the referral information. Active BLS and Ohio LPN license are both required. Minimum 2 years of current/recent hospital experience is required. Must be able to manage a patient load of 5 patients with RN oversight. IV certification is required.
