Description
**Quick Offer Position**
LPN Med Surg
Requirements:
Active BLS and Ohio LPN license are both required.
Minimum 2 years of current/recent hospital experience is required. Must be able to manage a patient load of 5 patients with RN oversight. (must be able to read Telemetry; they will be tested for this skill on day one and will be terminated if they cannot pass the competency; will also be terminated if we discover they are not Epic proficient). IV certification is required.
