As an Emergency Department RN Supervisor, you will report to the Charge Nurse and manage a diverse range of medical conditions in a fast-paced environment. Your role includes assessing patient needs, providing immediate care during emergencies, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position emphasizes teamwork, professional behavior, and effective communication, making it essential for delivering high-quality care.

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
