As a Travel RN in Med Surg, you will provide direct patient care, manage daily nursing responsibilities, and collaborate with healthcare teams. This role is set within a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are key to delivering high-quality patient experiences. You will be expected to work 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week, contributing to a patient ratio of 1:6.

Pros
They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)
Cons
Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
