Description

We have a need for a contract PT at our facility in Hilliard, FL. This is a short-term SNF and LTC facility looking for a PT with experience in this setting. Candidates should have experience with geriatric patients in subacute/SNF settings. All positions are guaranteed 35 hours with a Monday to Friday schedule.
