Description
As a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, you will deliver coordinated nursing care to patients in a supportive environment. Your role involves assessing patient health, developing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will also supervise nursing staff, provide education to patients and families, and engage in discharge planning to maintain continuity of care.
