As a Registered Nurse in the Patient Care Unit, you will provide comprehensive nursing care as part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team. Your role will involve assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in our rural Critical Access Hospital. This position is ideal for those who thrive in challenging environments and are ready to make a significant impact on patient outcomes.

EMR System proficiency
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
