BLS, ARRT (CT), Wisconsin Radiologic License; Shift: M-F (5) eight hour shifts 1400-2200 or (4) ten hour shifts from 1400-0000; Call: none; Weekends: no, Holidays: rotating with other staff (currently 1 winter holiday); Experience: GE scanner and EPIC experience; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed • Facility Details: The internal medicine doctors and specialty care teams at Ascension All Saints Hospital - Main Entrance - Spring Street Campus, a Department of Ascension All Saints Hospital, offer personalized, compassionate care for residents of Racine and the surrounding Racine County. o # of Beds: 380 o Trauma Level: 2 and 3 o EMR System: Cerner • Housing Information: Not offered onsite, however there are convenient locations nearby • Internal Compliance Due Date: One week prior - however they do ask that we upload documents as they come in • When will you receive FDIs and how will the traveler receive it: The Friday prior to start
