Description

Position: Radiologic Technologist – Cath Lab
Location: Auburn, NY
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Call required: 1 week every 3 weeks (after-hours Mon–Fri 4:30p–8a, plus Sat & Sun full-day)

Pay Package: Competitive (details upon request)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
RCIS or ARRT required
NYS Radiologic Technologist license required
Certification in Cardiovascular (CV), Interventional Technology (IR), or Vascular-Interventional Technology (VI)
BLS certification (AHA)
Experience with balloon pumps & conscious sedation
Must take STEMI call
Equipment: GE
Charting: Mac-Lab

Responsibilities:

Scrub-in for surgical portions of procedures
Circulate within procedure room for non-sterile duties
Operate radiographic & fluoroscopic equipment for imaging
Precept new Cath Lab staff as needed
