JOB REQUIREMENT:

Job Title

• RN - ICU/CVICU Float Pool

Location:

• Boston, MA

Schedule / Job Type:

• Full-time, night shifts or rotating shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in various ICU units, including MICU, SICU, NSICU, CSICU, and PCU
• Float across all ICU specialties to support staffing needs
• Work rotating or straight night shifts, with flexibility on schedule
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a high-acuity environment
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• BSN degree required; 10+ years of ICU experience may qualify with ADN
• Valid and active Massachusetts RN license
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU/CVICU experience in Level 1 Trauma or large teaching hospitals, or high-acuity trauma centers (300+ beds)
• Experience with impair, IABP, CRRT, Swan-Ganz, VADs, vents, trachs, and drips.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• 24-hour post-op transplant experience (heart and other organ transplants)
• ECMO experience.
