Important Submission Requirements: Agency Requirement: Must include your Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) with all submissions. 🔗 Learn more here Profiles without this license will not be considered. Interview Availability: Include at least two specific interview dates/times in the candidate profile — “anytime” is not accepted. Local Radius: Travelers within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. RTO: Must be listed at submission; no more than 3 days accepted; post-upload RTO not allowed. Holiday Coverage: Must work two of the following groups: Thanksgiving & following weekend Christmas Eve/Day & following weekend New Year’s Eve/Day & following weekend Additional Notes: 8 hours of non-billable orientation Holiday & OT multiplier: 1.25× Extensions: Assignments ending before December holidays won’t be extended into 2026
