Nursing Supervisor – 36 hrs (Rotating Shifts + Every Other Weekend)

Schedule:

• 3×8-hour shifts + 1×12-hour shift weekly
• Weekends: 7 AM–7 PM
• Weekdays: 3 PM–11 PM or 11 PM–7 AM
• Rotating days/evenings/nights, every other weekend required

Role Overview:

• Oversees hospital operations during assigned shifts
• Acts as clinical resource and patient care representative
• Coordinates with staff, providers, and departments to ensure safe, quality care

Key Skills:

• Must be able to read tele strips, perform and titrate cardiac drips
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Handles emergencies, staff issues, patient/family concerns, and reports serious incidents to Administrator-On-Call

Experience & Requirements:

• 3+ years Med/Surg Tele experience (critical care preferred)
• BSN required
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS certification
• EMR: EPIC
