Description

Job Title: RN – NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)
Location: 4002 24th St, Lubbock, TX 79410

Shift:

Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3×12 hours, Block Scheduling Available
Weekend Requirement: 6 shifts per 6-week schedule (may vary)

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience (Level III or IV preferred)
Experience caring for neonates <24 weeks to >34 weeks
Competent in ventilator management, HFNC, bubble CPAP, nitric oxide (iNO), and phototherapy
Proficient in UAC/UVC management, IV therapy, blood administration, and neonatal dosage calculations
Able to float to PICU/Pediatrics/Pediatric ED if needed
EPIC charting experience required

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – Required
Advanced Certification (preferred)
