Description

Job Title: RN – Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool
Location: 3020 Childrens Way, San Diego, CA 92123
Shift: 3x12-Hour (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years of PICU experience or strong CVICU background with proven floating experience.
Proficiency in IV therapy, phlebotomy, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and administration of blood products.
Experience with pediatric patients in critical care, including congenital heart disease, ECMO, and procedural sedation.
Epic charting experience required.
Must be able to float between PICU, CTICU, and NICU as needed.
Previous travel experience preferred.

Education:

Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Licensure & Certifications:

California RN License (active at time of submission).
AHA BLS (Basic Life Support).
AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).

Flu vaccine required (no exemptions). COVID-19 vaccine not required.
