Description

Unit Specifics:

· Number of Beds : 33

· Unit staffing description- Unit Secretaries M-F 7a-7p. Nurse Extern availability at times

· Documentation system: Meditech

· Scheduling requirements: Work every other weekend, 36 hours week, will fill in scheduling needs

· Floating policy: First to float

· Patient Experience requirements: Pain, Communication and Responsiveness

Hospital Specifics-

· Certifications: BLS, ALS, EKG Interpretation

Must have: experience with Post-Op CABGs, vascular and general cardiac patient population. Must have knowledge of cardiac drips/titrations and electrolyte replacement. Must have experience with management of Chest Tubes, Epicardial Pacing Wires, and TR Bands. Certifications Required: BLS ALS EKG Interpretation
