Description

Job Title: RN – Behavioral Health
Location: 211 Church St, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Nights

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of inpatient Behavioral Health or Mental Health Unit (MHU/BHU) experience
Must be comfortable caring for adult behavioral health patients in an inpatient setting
Must be willing to float within the hospital as needed within skill set
Travel experience preferred
Locals not accepted (must reside 50+ miles from the facility)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience in crisis management, de-escalation techniques, and therapeutic communication

Education & Licensure:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
Current NY RN License
AHA BLS required prior to start

Familiarity with EPIC or similar EMR systems
