Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – (CCC)

Position Details:
Location: Gulf Breeze, FL, Navarre, FL, Milton, FL
Pay: Starting at $50/hr
Hours: 40hr Work Week
Schedules: May vary based on location

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
FL SLP License (FLBSLP)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)

Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of assessment tools, therapy strategies, and behavior management
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines
1+ year of supervised clinical experience

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and provide therapy for students with speech/language disorders
Develop and implement IEP goals and track student progress
Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents
Maintain records and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines
Supervise SLP assistants when assigned.

Work Environment: School-based setting with occasional travel Requires standing, sitting, and occasional lifting (up to 45 lbs.) Must handle interruptions and maintain emotional control under stress.
