We're currently seeking a dedicated Licensed School Speech Language Pathologist - CCC/CFY-SLP ($50-$55 per hour) to support students in Philadelphia, PA for the 2025-2026 school year & possibly beyond!  

Would you be interested in receiving full time pay for part time hours and mileage reimbursement? We are looking for a SLP to service a caseload of 17 students weekly in Philadelphia, PA. Seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Therapist to support preschoolers and school age students in developing effective communication skills necessary for academic and social success. This role involves working closely with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to assess, diagnose and treat speech, language and communication disorders. The Speech- Language Therapist will design and implement individualized intervention plans to enhance students’ verbal and non-verbal communication abilities in a school or home setting.

Key responsibilities:

- Treat speech, language, fluency, and communication disorders in preschool or school aged children.

- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPS) and 504 Plans tailored to each student’s needs.

- Provide direct therapy services, including articulation therapy, language intervention, and social communication strategies.

- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure measurable improvements.

- Collaborate with educators, parents and other professionals to integrate speech and language support into the classroom setting.

- Train teachers and support staff on communication strategies to facilitate student participation and success.

- Recommend and implement assistive technology or augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices as needed.

- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational accommodations and modifications.

- When working with school age children, conduct screenings and evaluations to speech and language developmental delays.

Part-Time and Full-time hours!

Requirements:

- Masters Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited college or university.

- Current licensure and certification or the ability to obtain licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

- Experience working with school aged children

- Strong understanding of speech and language development, articulation therapy and language processing strategies

- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, families and educators

- Familiarity with IEP and 504 development
