Description

Title: Physical Therapist – Pediatrics (Outpatient)
Location: Apple Valley, CA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 5×8-Hour (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Requirements:

Active California PT license.
BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of pediatric PT experience
Experience with infant and pediatric populations
Outpatient clinic or pediatric home health experience accepted

Preferred

Epic charting system
Skills in developmental delay, torticollis, cerebral palsy, orthopedic injuries, and milestone assessment
Able to perform full scope of PT duties: evaluation, plan of care, reassessment, discharge documentation
Experience with PDMS-2 assessment preferred
Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Infants, Pediatrics
