Intensive Care Unit Nurse (2 years)

Description

Charting System Experience: Preferred Charting System Name: Epic
Certifications: ACLS, BCLS
Skills
- Arterial line management
- Care of Ventilated Patient
- Central line care/management
- Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
- Interpretation of dysrhythmias
- Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips
- Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR), Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR)
- Impella*, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump*, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring*
- High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Assist with management of BiPAP/CPAP
- Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, CVA/Acute Stroke management, Traumatic Brain injury
