Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Float

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, individualized patient care using the Nursing Process
Partner with patients, families, and care teams for optimal outcomes
Adapt care to meet cultural and population-specific needs
Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
Precept and mentor fellow nurses

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing (BSN preferred)
Georgia RN License (or Multi-state Compact)
BLS Certification required
