Job Description
The ER Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. Responsibilities include delivering patient care, assessing and evaluating patient needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and caregivers, practicing safe and efficient patient-centered care, and participating in quality improvement projects.
Certification Required
NYS RN License, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS Certification
Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years Emergency Medicine experience (adults and/or pediatrics)
EPIC experience preferred (1 year travel)
