Shift: 3x12 (Days or Nights, as per facility need)

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience
First-Timers: Accepted
Pending License: Not accepted
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS

Scheduling & Expectations:

Patient Ratios: 1:4
Weekends: Every other (6–8 shifts per contract)
On-Call: Not required
Floating: Yes; may float to Pediatric units and, if needed, will have support
Block Scheduling: Based on manager discretion
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off once per two-week pay period
