Role: Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Surgical/Neuro Unit)

Unit Details:

Unit Type: Telemetry – Surgical/Neuro
Total Beds: 48 (Two units: 4A and 4B)
RN-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5
Support Staff: Nurse Aides (ratio approx. 1:10–15)
Charge Nurse / House Supervisor: Both present; charge nurse does not take a patient assignment
Telemetry Monitoring: Remotely monitored (3rd floor); RNs must interpret and sign strips once per shift
