Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility

Peds facility attached to JW Ruby 
6 OR s & 1 procedural room
15-28 cases per day
BLS Required
Common Cases: Tonsils/hypospadias/rectus muscle/craniotomy/cardiac/ortho
Scrubbing is preferred but not required

Shift Notes:3   12 hour shifts; At least 2 of these will be in a row.  1-2 call shifts a week. Rotational weekend and afternoon shift coverage when needed.
