Description

Endoscopy
4 -10 hour shifts, 0630-0830 or 5-730p
Call shifts will be required. Weekend on call F/S/S. (1-3 call shifts scheduled during the week, must arrive within 30 minutes once called in)
Locals not accepted - local is considered perm residence within 50 miles of facility
Dysrhythmia exam needed? Yes - study guide available in Simplify library
Moderate sedation test will be required
Minimum of 2 years exp required
Certs: ACLS; BLS

Unit Specific Details

Bed amount - 3 procedural rooms and a travel cart
Drips - managed by anesthesia
Lines/Drains/ Specific devices used - endoscopy equipment. ERCP, EGD, Colonoscopies, bronchoscopies
Oxygen - yes
Patient population - 18 years and older inpatient and outpatients
Support staff (if applicable) - scrub tech, proceduralist, anesthesia, second nurse
