Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Outpatient Rehab Physical Therapist: LOCATION: 3400 Lee Blvd, Lehigh Acres- Lehigh Acres Outpatient Rehab.
Shift: Monday-Friday 7A-3:30P. 2 years of PT experience required. FL License and BLS required.
EMR: Epic. HWL clinical prescreen with Manager having final interview and offer.
We provide one-on-one care for 45 minute appointment slots. In a typical 8 hour day, a therapist could see a maximum of 10 patients. We typically limit our schedules to no more than 2-3 evaluations a day.
Radius rule 50 miles enforced. ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. Floating may be required to other campuses. Please ensure HCP is flexible. Please upload all demographic information to the portal at time of submittal. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
