Sick Leave - 13 hours Paid

Orientation – Paid

Unit: Case Manager

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am -4:30 pm with weekend rotation of 1 /4 weekend requirement, 40hours/week.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as RN Case Management.
Certifications & Licensure: Active MA RN License, BLS - required
