Work Experience

Nurse Case Manager (2 years)

Description

Shift: Variable 10-hr shifts, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Sunday–Saturday
Schedule: Weekend rotation + call
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Education: Associate Degree in Nursing
License:
- Valid & unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state accepted)
- Current BLS (AHA)
Certification:
- Case Manager Certification (CCM/ACM) within 2 years (if not already certified)
Experience:
- 2 years ED case management (current)
- 2 years direct patient care (hospital, home health, SNF)
- 1 year travel experience
- EMR + Microsoft Office skills
- COVID & flu exemptions may be approved
