OT Position Description Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy</li><li>Must hold valid and clear Georgia licensure for Occupational Therapy</li><li>Must hold a valid NOTCB certification</li><li>Experience in school system preferred  </li></ul>Performance Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify students requiring school-based services through assessment evaluations and analysis</li><li>Write assessment reports identifying student’s needs and develop treatment strategies to improve the student’s functional abilities and their ability to learn</li><li>Participate in IEP meetings and maintain progress reports to determine termination or continuation of services</li><li>Maintain proper records and files accurately and complete Medicaid billing promptly.</li><li>Travel within the county is required.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by Principal or Supervisor.</li></ul>Other Functions: Daily attendance and punctuality are required to ensure the goals of the work unit are met.Evaluation:  System evaluation form completed by the Executive Director of Exceptional Student Education
