Must have 3 years of experience
Will accept 2 years ONLY if all experience is from high-level, high-acuity facilities
Must be able to float within scope of practice as needed

Call Rotation

(Current staffing is low; rotation will change as the department fills.)

Current Requirement:
- 4× 12-hour call shifts per schedule period
Future Requirement:
- 2–3× 12-hour call shifts per week once fully staffed
Includes: nights, weekends, and holiday on-call coverage
