Description

📣 Special Procedures / Cath / EP Technologist — Dallas, TX (Parkland)

Responsibilities

  • Perform specialized cardiac cath, peripheral vascular, and EP studies
  • Serve as a lead resource for clinical staff
  • Collaborate with the intra-procedure team & follow Universal Protocol
  • Prep/drape patients & assist with routine procedures
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate all specialized equipment
  • Recommend workflow improvements & support department initiatives
  • Stay current with industry standards, certifications, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Submission Requirements

  • 1+ year Special Procedures OR Cath/EP experience — REQUIRED
  • ARRT or RCIS, ACLS, BLS, Texas Medical Radiologic License — REQUIRED
  • Critical care (ICU/ED) or prior Cath/EP Lab experience — Preferred
  • Previous travel experience — Preferred

Certification Requirements

  • ARRT or RCIS
  • AHA BLS & ACLS

License Requirements

  • Active Texas license (compact accepted)
