👩‍⚕️ Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized neonatal nursing care in a Level II/III NICU setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for neonates
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform NICU-specific procedures
• Support and educate parents and families on infant care and treatment
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation

✅ Qualifications:

• Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
• NICU experience required or strongly preferred
• NRP Certification required (or obtained upon hire)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and neonatal assessment skills
