👩‍⚕️ Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients across various ICU units
• Float between ICU specialties (e.g., Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiac ICU) as needed
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, interpret cardiac rhythms, and perform ICU-specific interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families, offering support during critical and complex situations
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

✅ Qualifications:

• Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required (Float experience preferred)
• ACLS & BLS required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills
