Description

Job Duties

Verify patient identity, history, and pregnancy status; assess patient condition and determine needed support.
Produce, critique, and transmit quality images to PACS; ensure all images and documentation reach PACS/RIS accurately.
Document exam completion/cancellation in RIS; modify orders as needed.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and report issues with radiographic and image-management equipment.
Review schedules, manage patient flow, and maintain a clean/safe work environment.
Assist patients requiring additional support and respond to emergencies.
Use RIS/CIS/PACS effectively for workflow and documentation.

Required Qualifications

Accredited Radiologic Sciences program graduate or Associate’s Degree.
ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (R) with active status.
BLS certification.
