160580 Assignment for 16-32 weeks Distance is measured by a straight line not driving distance Ultrasound tech/sonographer: Floating and charge are not required. Weekends are on-call rotation only 8a-12p every 4th-5th weekend. Must be flexible with schedule. For equipment they have (2) GE Logic E10s and (2) Samsung WS80A. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving Christmas Christmas Eve and New Years Day. Requirements: RVT and ARDMS (AB or OB) credentials A minimum of 2 years of unit experience This is for general ultrasound that includes some vascular so travelers must have vascular experience EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: IVS to OFFER Monday to Sunday No block schedules for any reason Bi-weekly orientations on Monday next available is 1/ 19 Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count EMR facility type etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area please ensure you have reliable transportation personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November Hourly Breakdown Total Hourly Pay Rate: $82.75 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $18.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $64.75 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $3,310.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $720.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $2,590.00 Per Week OT Rate ON W-2 $27.00 Per Hour Hours per week: $40.00 Hours
